Temporary support restriction
A first violation may result in a 7-day suspension of interactive support access. Existing tickets may remain available as read-only.
Burnsmax support and services need to remain useful, safe, and available for everyone. This page explains possible consequences when an account misuses those services.
Messages, files, and images sent to support must have a reasonable connection to the request. Abuse, circumvention attempts, harassment, service disruption, or clearly inappropriate use may result in account restrictions after review.
A first violation may result in a 7-day suspension of interactive support access. Existing tickets may remain available as read-only.
For repeat misuse, the ability to create tickets, reply, or attach files may be permanently removed.
Repeated or persistent abuse may lead to additional Burnsmax account restrictions, which can include access to certain game services.
An attachment found to be non-compliant may be removed from storage immediately. Other ticket images follow the normal retention policy: automatic deletion 7 days after the ticket is closed or resolved.
Measures are used to protect players, staff, and Burnsmax infrastructure. A restriction may be reconsidered when an error or relevant context is brought to support’s attention.
You can contact Burnsmax about these rules while your support access allows it.
